The payout schedule is subject to change.  Homesirv will payout based upon the most recently published payout schedule as of the date of sale.

  For instance, if a CSR makes a sale on 12/31 and Homesirv publishes payout rate changes on 1/1.  The CSR will be paid based on the payout schedule on 12/31.
