Customer Call Process

Step 1.  Introduction

Rep Says “Thank you for contacting Homesirv.  How may I serve you today?”

Step 2.  Obtain Customer Zip Code

Rep Says “I would be happy to help you.   To best serve you, will you please provide me with the zip code for the location of service?”

Step 3.  Service Provider Search (Rep Info Only)

Click on button below……  To search for providers in the customer’s zip code

(This is for Rep only.  DO NOT provide customer with website name or any information from it)

Step 4.   Determine Best Provider by using the “Package Placement Decision Tree” below (Rep Only)

Decision # 1.  Is having the NFL Sunday ticket a must / requirement?

    1. Yes – Go to Decision # 6
    2. No – Go to Decision # 2

Decision # 2.  Are they in Frontier Cable TV service area?

      1. Yes – Place Customer with Frontier Triple Play ($89.99 a month)
      2. No – Go to Decision # 3

Decision # 3.  Are they in the Frontier Internet only area?

    1. Yes
      1. Q 1 – Are they willing to or must use (remote area) Satellite? and Q 2 – does their residence allow Satellite to be installed?
        1. Yes to both Q’s – Place Customer with Frontier / Dish Triple Play ($89.99 a month)
        2. No to either Q’s – Go to Decision # 4
    2. No – Go to Decision # 4

Decision # 4.  Does Charter (aka Spectrum, Time Warner Cable or Brighthouse) cover their service area?

    1. Yes – Place them with Charter (or Charter Company) Triple Play ($99.99 a month)
    2. No – Go to Decision # 5

Decision # 5.  Does one of our other Cable TV Providers cover their service area?

      1. Yes – Place them with one of those providers at the Charter Triple Play price ($99.99 per month)
        1. Other Providers:  COX Communications,  WoW Cable,  Century Link,  MediaCom,  Earthlink,  Windstream,  Cable One,  MetroNet
        2. Note – Xfinity receives high marks for service
      2. No – If you have gotten this far, the customer had an issue with Satellite TV. Unless that can somehow be resolved, it is going to be hard to help them.   Talk to the customer about Satellite again.  If they are against Satellite still, Let them customer know you will do some research and follow up with a solution.

Decision # 6.  Place them with DirecTV and Hughesnet bundle (check price sheet)

Step 5.  Sell / Place Customer with Provider (Rep determined from above)

Talk to the Customer and Find out what they are interested in…    Get them engaged and talking

If they are looking for a single service, find out why and show them the value of bundling

Don’t be an order taker…   Be a problem solver and an Advisor

Use the Call Guide and Price Sheet Buttons to the right as aides to sell the package and provider

The Decision Tree above is a general starting point for Customer

We want to sell them Bundles because it’s the best value

Step 6.  Process Customer for Installation

Select the appropriate Order Button to the right

Fill out form with all appropriate information

Schedule customer for Install   –   Ask them the best time

IMPORTANT –  Remind customer that someone from installation team will call to confirm

Step 7.  Finalize Order

Remind Customer that we will follow up usually within 3 hours with approval

IMPORTANT….   Stress that if there are any issues, we will SOLVE it for them

Follow up with a SOLUTION if customer gets denied
